A Nation, We Stand On The Brink Of The Obamunists

As a nation, we stand on the brink of the Obamunists emitting public policies like a stinging scorpion upon our backs with an intent to induce popular insurrection as an excuse to clamp down with Martial Law.


Accordingly, it is time for WE THE PEOPLE to start lobbying Congress for new laws organizing the "US Division of the People" who are invested with the vast powers granted to the people by virtue of the 10th Amendment, 

As a political science innovation, and as a 21st Century codicil to the Federalist Papers, it is proposed that we create periodic mass meetings of resident registered voters of a 36 square mile Congressional Township, as being authorized to directly elect a US Constable and a US Justice of the Peace plus a Prosecutor General that shares powers with the US Attorney to enjoy access to the US Grand Jury and to prosecute at trial, crimes committed by public officials, corruption in government, acts of treason, and also to further elect delegates (FYI electing officials is the definition of a Republic, not a direct democracy) to the US District Federal Assembly, (having the territorial boundaries of a US District Court) a US Circuit Assembly (having the territorial boundaries of US Circuit Courts of Appeal), and a nation-at-large US Division of the People "Board of Popular National Trustees" authorized to appoint Masters Inspector General with oversight powers to investigate audit, and provide oversight on the part of the US Division of the People for the benefit of the US Government's executive branch, legislative branch, and also the judicial branch, as a political reform tool in the hands of the people with a view toward providing a check and balance on the part of the people to reign-in an out-of-control national government which appears to be committing unconstitutional acts and also performing as an ongoing criminal enterprise, on a daily basis? 

There is already "direct democracy" when state or commonwealth voters cast ballot proposition votes that amend the state or commonwealth constitution, adopt a statute, place an existing law to be repealed up for the referendum of the people, or the recall from public office of an official that has gone rogue).

One of the weaknesses of the US Constitution is its lack of a provision authorizing the voters of the nation to enjoy the powers of initiative, referendum, recall of an elected official, or votes of no confidence with regard to removing from office the federal appointees, which civic powers the states and the commonwealths of the United States routinely vest in their citizens, and by Constitutional Amendment must be provided for. 

Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come. What I am talking about is federalizing the concepts seen in the New England Legislative Town Meetings that are functional and inexpensive.

Obviously, to establish and maintain an armada of more political powers into the hands of voters, and incidentally create in each Congressional Township armed US Constables and uniformed US Deputy Constables and undercover Special Agents, acting as a Constitutional Protection Police similar to what is seen in Sweden (as is seen in the movie "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ) that holds vast powers to investigate and make arrests with regard to the misdeeds of national police and intelligence authorities and also people in high places within that nation when they tyrannize the people; plus, providing an added resource to confront and repulse armed foreign nationals of militia-age, now invading the USA (armed foreigners loyal to MS-13 Street Gangs, or Drug Cartel Militias, and also foreign Terrorists on American soil, levying war on us) with the Congressional Township Constables enforcing Congressional Township Ordinances adopted by the Congressional Township Assembly and/or, those adopted by an elected Congressional Township Board of Selectmen -- to possess Congressional Township executive powers similar to those vested in a County Commission, and also legislative powers when the Congressional Township Assembly is adjourned, all answering directly to the people, and not to the state or federal politicians, is deemed to be a good thing that enhances the value of our American citizenship, and is definitely not a bad thing. 

Political Science is the study of investing political powers in various organs of government and also governmental powers, if any, into the hands of the people. 

The political science proposal to establish Congressional Township Assemblies as mass-meetings of registered voters acting as citizen legislators within existing uniform perfectly-square 36 square mile areas that are already established by virtue of law, will be greeted by some and denounced by others, but when utilized as a tool to counterbalance potential anarchy, and also as a check-and-balance used by the people against tyranny in high places, are powerful tools in the hands of the general public when used in the pursuit of happiness and to preserve the Republic.
