You can bet the same thing would have been repeated over and over if Romney had won, and would have been ignored by the MSM.
Maybe she has a case for free speech, maybe she doesn’t, it depends upon which activist judge she winds up in front of.
It’s California, so the bets are off that she will get anywhere.
