CAN STILL DEFEAT OBAMACARE
Since Congress couldn't stop ObamaCare...
Because the Supreme Court wouldn't stop ObamaCare...
And since Barack Obama has been re-elected and won't stop ObamaCare...
It is up to us, everyday concerned Americans like you and me, to ensure ObamaCare is stopped dead in its freedom-crushing, job-killing tracks.
Yes, despite what the mainstream media, Barack Obama, liberals in Congress and too many RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) want you to believe, ObamaCare can be stopped.
But it will only be stopped if we act right now to deluge our elected officials at the state level with messages demanding they refuse to implement the major provisions of Obama's socialist health care scheme.
If we do that - demand the states refuse to set up ObamaCare "insurance exchanges" and reject the massive and unsustainable expansion of Medicaid - ObamaCare will be crushed under its own weight.
But Wait a Minute. Don't the States Have to Implement
ObamaCare?
The answer to that question is a resounding "NO!"
That's the dirty little secret about ObamaCare that the administration and liberal pundits in the mainstream media don't want you to know. The states are under no obligation whatsoever to create ObamaCare exchanges or to expand their Medicaid rolls to unsustainable levels.
In fact, more than a dozen states (Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia) already have made it illegal for state employees to implement ObamaCare's individual or employer mandates.
And because Congress has refused to fund federal insurance exchanges that would take the place of state-created exchanges should states opt-out, if enough states just say "NO," ObamaCare cannot be fully implemented.
But we have no time to waste.
Barack Obama has set an arbitrary deadline of November 16 - this FRIDAY - for states to make a decision and inform the administration about whether they plan to create ObamaCare insurance exchanges and opt-in to ObamaCare's Medicaid expansion.
That's why we need to make a strong push right here and right now. We need to send a loud and unified message to the states to say "NO WAY, NO HOW" to moving forward with ObamaCare's implementation.
As Michael Cannon, director of health policy studies at the Cato Institute, recently put it:
"If enough states do so, Congress will have no choice but to reopen Obamacare. With a GOP-controlled House, opponents will be in a much stronger position than they were when this harmful law was enacted."
The more than a dozen states that have already opted out of creating an ObamaCare exchange and the handful of states that have rejected ObamaCare's costly Medicaid expansion is a good start.
But simply put, in order for us to stop ObamaCare dead in its tracks, we must force a majority of states in the Union, if not more, to follow suit. So please, will you join us in taking action right now?
ObamaCare Is Not Only a Socialist Power Grab, It's a Job

You already know that ObamaCare is bad policy.
It puts bureaucrats in Washington between you and your doctors. It threatens to limit access to life-saving medical procedures and prescription drugs. It drives up the cost of health care generally. It imposes massive tax increases on you and your family at a time when you can least afford to pay more of your hard-earned money to Uncle Sam - and promises ultimately even more tax increases at the state level to pay for it. And ObamaCare is a direct assault on individual freedom and states' rights.
But that's not all... ObamaCare is a massive job-killer!
In a matter of hours and days following the re-election of Barack Obama, dozens of U.S. companies announced plans to lay off thousands of workers. So far, more than 30 companies (and counting) - both large and small - have announced layoffs. The reason: The high costs of complying with ObamaCare.
Simply put, the nation can't afford to have ObamaCare implemented. It must be stopped... And ObamaCare can be stopped if we take action right now to stop it!
We Understand You're Discouraged. We Share Your
Frustration. But Now Is Not the Time to Give Up the Fight...
Following the election, we share your frustration. There is no sugar-coating the fact that the cause of freedom took a massive hit on Election Day.
But the worst thing we can do right now is sit on our hands and sulk about the outcome and ponder to ourselves about what went wrong.
Despite what Obama and his cheerleaders in the mainstream media are saying, this election was not a mandate for higher taxes and more regulation. It was not a mandate for Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to put government in charge of even more of our daily lives.
And it certainly wasn't a mandate in support of moving forward with ObamaCare!
No. We can't sit on our hands and feel sorry for ourselves. Now is the time to redouble our efforts.
ObamaCare can be defeated. The opportunity to stop ObamaCare dead in its tracks is staring us right in the face. And we must seize that opportunity by convincing a majority of the states to just say "No!"
So will you join us in making defeat of ObamaCare a reality? Will you join us in taking action right now? Remember, we have no time to waste before Obama's arbitrary deadline of November 16 - THIS FRIDAY.
