At the AIM conference in September, "ObamaNation: A Day of Truth,Rep. Lamar Smith gave a speech (R-TX) on the subject of media bias.
Smith is the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and the founder and head of Congress's Media Fairness Caucus.
"To me, the term mainstream, frankly, should not be used, and that's why I always refer to them as the liberal national media."
