While the value and importance of endorsements by famous people is debatable, it’s still a reality nonetheless when it comes to presidential campaigns. And though most of the attention is placed on the star-studded names surrounding President Obama, it’s worth noting some of the big names backing Mitt Romney too.

It is a list that not only continues to grow, but is growing among folks who are disenfranchised Democrats not satisfied with the job Obama has done in the last four years. A few examples are businessman Lee Iacocca, SNL funnyman Rob Schneider, and Metal rocker Gene Simmons, who are all lifelong Democrats.

Lastly, in one or two cases, an individual (like Chuck Norris or Steve Wynn) may not have out right professed their support for Romney, but their denunciation of Obama has been so explicit, where it’s just as good in my opinion. Click any of the names below to see the details of their endorsement and/or support for Romney.
