Rep. Kelly's Rousing Floor Speech Receives Standing Ovation and Chants of "USA!"

So how long will it take? Another 4 years? No, he did nothing to fix the economy, more and more people are losing jobs everyday. The black community has around 39% unemployment rate. Nothing he has done has worked.

The following video is not exactly hot off the press anymore and some of you might have already seen it, but the points made are timeless nonetheless. It was a speech given on the house floor by Congressman Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania on July 23, 2012 and it’s an eye opener as to what small business owners across America must endure. His speech electrified his peers so much he received a standing ovation and prompted unified chants of USA.
This is a man who knows first hand the negative impact over regulation can have. Regulations that slow productivity, create red tape for the business owner, and increase costs which are ultimately passed onto the consumer. In order to fix this problem government must, as Rep. Kelly passionately puts it, “Take the heavy boot off the throat of America’s job creators and let them breathe!”
