DOES CRUZ PASS THE SMELL TEST?
Another thing about Cruz that should be taken under consideration when thinking about voting for him? Everybody tells me that the courts have favored Cruz’s position on his citizenship, but we all now know what the insiders, no matter what side of the aisle, think about the Constitution.
Obama bypasses Congress with his famous 'Pen and Phone,' and we have a Supreme Court that by saying that the subsides for Obamacare, when the letter of the law says ‘must come from a state run agency, and not the government,’ use 'intent' to again bypass the Constitution and not the letter of the law, and by doing so, basically making law!!! The job of the Supreme Court is to advise, and not make law!! How about the laws on immigration that Obama told Holder not to enforce, How about the vetting by the Republicans on Obama’s, on the no fly list appointees, to his staff and committees…? I say it’s time to take America back, and make America great again!!!!?
