The very principles and values on which modern civilization was built has been quietly but viciously attacked and branded as obsolete. Family and traditional values are rapidly superseded by “new” more “progressive” and “humanistic” approaches to life. Traditional families are now labeled as “straight families” as one of many kinds of family units. 

Sex without moderation is promoted as a way of life. Where once citizens understood that justice existed to protect the innocent, the public is now expected to be sympathetic with the “supposed insanities” suffered by mass murders, child abuses, sexual deviants, and other criminals as the concept of personal responsibility falls prey to the dictators of cultural change. 

According to those best minds, virtues and even the basic concepts of right and wrong, can no longer be considered the foundation stones of ordered society. Instead they are “supposedly” the causes of individual stress, guilt and many more of our social ills. Children are being taught that they are to be their own authority on questions of morals and values with no reference to fundamental ethical precepts that have been the driving force of civilization for centuries. 

Today everyone has a right to his own opinions, his own way of life, as long as he is comfortable with it---- EVEN if his way of life harms, abuses, and destroys others and himself in the process. One of the most significant and tragic casualties of the calculated modernizing of society is religion.
