FOX: Obama’s Birth Certificate Is a “Fraudulently Created Document”

Former Judge: Time for a Special Prosecutor for Barack Obama

Out of all the countless scandals of President Barack Obama’s administration, the saddest is the VA healthcare scandal. Even though he was informed at the beginning of his Presidency of serious issues with massive paperwork backups and long waits at VA hospitals, he did nothing. And now, we’ve learned that bureaucrats — while they took pay increases in bonuses — were OK with putting military veterans on a secret wait-list, where they would often die waiting for treatment.

Fox News contributor and former Judge Andrew Napolitano is fed up, and is calling for a special prosecutor to expose the full extent of the criminal recklessness at the Veterans Administration. With so many people involved, it is clear that a deliberate plan was executed to cover up VA hospital failures, and the people involved should be outed and shamed.

“This is the destruction of property that the statutes require the government to retain,” Napolitano said. “It’s a criminal event. The level of criminality depends upon what the destroyer knew at [the] time he destroyed it or ordered it destroyed. Did they know there was an (VA) Inspector General investigation coming? If so … it’s obstruction of justice, which can be 20 years for the person who ordered it.”

Napolitano pointed out that the issues with the VA cut both ways and not only has the culture of government harmed veterans, it’s also given some benefits to which they haven’t been entitled.

“This is a quintessential mess,” stated Napolitano. “What this shows is that government is institutionally unequipped and ill-equipped to manage healthcare.”

“We have an indifferent and arrogant president who simply doesn’t care. We have an attorney general who knows he’s bulletproof. These people are not going to investigate their own. They’re just going to sweep it under the rug and lay it in the lap of whoever succeeds Barack Obama two-and-a-half years from now.”

Phoenix, Arizona – Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and investigators held a press conference Thursday regarding President Obama’s birth certificate.

Arpaio promised to provide an update and a “final conclusion” to the Barack Obama Birth Certificate investigation.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office announced they believe President Obama’s long-form birth certificate was forged.

They cite nine points of forgery, claiming the Obama document contains stamp prints digitally lifted from a certificate belonging to a person named Johanna Ah’nee.

Chief Investigator Mike Zullo said, “Forensic analysis showing the characters on the document were pieced together from secondary sources.” [..] “Words, letters and hand placed date stamps have been digitally copied from Ah ’Nee’s birth certificate and pasted onto Obama’s long-form birth certificate” [..] “We’re pretty confident with these results.”
