We have a serious lack of attention in America and, thanks to the media, our government is using it to their advantage. Have you ever used an object to take a babies attention away from another? That’s exactly what has been happening to us.

We have to demand answers and we have to stop jumping from one issue to the next. I don’t know about you, but I want answers and I think the time is up on a lot of issues. Those that have committed any criminal act should be brought to justice. This is not about conspiracies as they are mostly opinions and you cannot trust the sources.

Look at few issues they keep dangling in front of us.

The deficit, currently $16 trillion and is estimated to reach $21 trillion by 2017. Ask yourself, who is responsible for this bill, who is going to pay this check? The tax payer! Everybody expect your taxes to go up, that bill will have to be paid and we will be expected to pay it.

National Health Care, I’m on the fence about this one. America needs a health care, but I’m not sure about the one we have been given. First, it’s not a national health care, it’s the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and it’s more about insurance than actual health care. You have to buy your insurance or be taxed. I have been trying to read through it, but it’s going to take a team of lawyers to sort it out. I don’t think any country's national health care is perfect and they have been modifying and changing theirs for over a century. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act isn't even close to a true nation health care.

The IRS, I’m only going to hit two things to try and keep this one short. Wasteful spending, IRS officials spent $49 million on conferences between 2010 and 2012 and one division spent more than $4 million on a single conference. Need I say more? The second thing is targeting of conservative groups. Isn't this some type of voter tampering? By not allowing equal representation of the 2 major political parties to the American public the IRS could have effectively altered the outcome of the 2012 elections. There has been some evidence that it had been going on all the way back to 2008.

Benghazi, TIMES UP! We are rapidly approaching the one year mark and TIMES UP! I feel time was up more than 6 months ago. Why is there so much secrecy over Benghazi? Seriously, 12 months? The FBI has released photos of people involved in the attack. That’s great, but who is liable? Could we have prevented those deaths? There was an attack on Benghazi on 6 Sept and security was not enhanced. On 11 Sept there was more than 6 hours between the initial attack on the compound and the full on assault on the annex. There is liability for those deaths within our government!

Ask yourself, do I want to pay for national deficit of $21 trillion? Is ‘this’ the heath care that we want or need? Do we deserve a corrupt or biased government agency? Is our government trying to cover up the truth to protect themselves?

And there are so many more and but that’s the problem. We are not holding our government responsible for any of their actions because as soon as one issue starts to gain momentum another one is thrust into the spot light. Focus America! Call on our elected officials to stop the party bias and start working on the issues. Tell them you want a plan to lower the deficit. You want a plan for an actual health care. You want government agencies audited by an unbiased independent party. You want the truth about Benghazi. But whatever your issue or ideas, Let them know!

And you want responsible parties held accountable for their actions!

People, ask the questions and demand what is right for America! Take back our country before it’s too late.

Write your senators and representatives; tell them what you, the people, want. Petition our leaders to start representing the people’s interests and not their own agenda.

America is great only because of a united people, if we are not united are destiny is failure!
