Your Daily Bread for Life...07/14/16: Is There Life After Death?

Your Daily Bread for Life.
 Is There Life After Death?

Psalm 11 has only 6 verses but they are dynamic.

"In the Lord I put my trust so how can you tell my soul to flee as a bird to the mountain? The wicked bend their bow and arrow that they may privately shoot at the upright in heart. If the foundations be destroyed what can the righteous do? The Lord is in His Holy Temple.

The Lord's Throne is in Heaven. His eyes behold, His eyelids try the children of men. The Lord tries the righteous but the wicked and him that love violence His soul hates. He shall rain hale, fire and brimstone and a horrible tempest upon the wicked. This shall be the portion of their cup. For the righteous Lord loves righteousness. His countenance beholds the upright.

I took this picture just few minutes ago from the cab of my truck it was an accident between campton and Stanton on the service road just off of the mountain parkway, zoom in and pay attention to the shadow just off the top of the state trooper hat. All I say is I hope everyone involved is okay!!

A chilling photo taken at the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash in Kentucky is getting a lot of attention online. Many Facebook users say the photo shows the motorcycle driver’s spirit leaving his body.

According to Lex 18 News, the crash occurred in Powell County, Kentucky, on Tuesday evening around 5:30 p.m. A motorcyclist was seriously injured after crashing on Highway 15 near Stanton. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.

Saul Vazquez of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, says he witnessed the photo while in his truck and took a picture of the accident.

“Zoom in and pay attention to the shadow just off the top of the state trooper hat. All I say is I hope everyone involved is okay!!” wrote Stanton in the Facebook post.

Many people believe the photo shows the motorcycle driver’s spirit leaving his body. Regardless, it’s certainly sparking a lot of conversation.

Vazquez told Lex 18 News that the picture has not been altered.

The photo has been shared thousands of times in less than 24 hours after Vazquez posted it.

I wrote the poem Checkerboard of Life inspired by Psalm 11 and the wicked laws forced on christians today.

Checkerboard of Life by Pearl L. Sturgis 1991

The Rat crept from his corner on the Checker Board of life...adorned with wings of angels and he claimed to conquer strife. He jumped the little checker men who dared to take a stand. Then crowned the others King men who moved at his command.  He nibbled at the Big Cheese till they rushed to do his will...then slivered to his corner while his purpose they fulfilled. Throughout the little checker towns nobody understood. The darkness seemed as daylight and the bad looked like the good. But High Above the checkerboard the Maker of them all, who watches with His two edge sword, wills not that one should fall./ With every move that rat has made, God’s been one move ahead. His eyelids try; he searches hearts...through each square, black or red.  He sees the big and little cheese and names them all by name. It’s not who wins and loses moves! IT’S WHO DESIGNED THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!
