Rudy Guiliani :Calls for Americans to Stand Tall

Rudy Guiliani Calls for America to be One Again & that Starts by Holding Congress Accountable
The Republican National Convention kicked off on Monday in Cleveland, Ohio, with what many would term "a bang." Each day, the convention features a different theme. On day one, the theme was "Make America Safe Again." In line with that theme, former New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani took to the platform to deliver a fiery speech intended to focus delegate attention to the Trump platform of being tough on enemies Guiliani described as "Islamic extremists terrorists."

Guiliani, in his speech, stated, "I'm here to speak to you about a very serious subject – how to make America safe. The vast majority of Americans today do not feel safe. They fear for their children. They fear for themselves. They fear for our police officers, who are being targeted, with a target on their back!"

After the attacks on the united States on Sept. 11, 2001, Americans witnessed how the government proposed to "make America safe." Citizens saw passage of the PATRIOT Act, the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security, the establishment of the Transportation Safety Administration and countless other measures that infringed on the liberties and freedoms of Americans, but did nothing to secure the "safety" of America. What Americans did see is the net of suspicion cast upon citizens as terrorists instead of the element responsible for acts of terrorism – Islam.

The Constitution instills authority in the federal government, aka Congress, several powers to ensure the safety of this republic – to establish uniform rules of naturalization; define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations; to declare war, grant letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water; to provide and maintain a navy; provide for calling for the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions; and, provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the united States. Authority is provided to Congress by the Constitution to raise and support armies, and appropriate funds for an army, but only for the term of two years. However, the Congress has failed in its constitutional duty to perform such tasks. If Americans do not feel safe, it is because Congresses and presidents have failed to honor the contract to perform their duty duly authorized by the Constitution.

America has seen attempts to eradicate the Second Amendment, a key unalienable God-given right to bear arms in defense of a tyrannical despotic government as well as the defense of this republic and self-protection. Illegal alien invasion is rampant across America's borders due to the lack of enforcement of immigration laws by the central government authorized to establish rules on immigration and naturalization. Another questionable tactic has been the use of the "War Powers Resolution of 1973." Hussein Soetoro has used this, as well as the 2001 Authorized Use of Military Force (AUMF), to engage in conflict with the Islamic State, while Congress has been content to accept Soetoro's "interpretation" of statutory authority contained in both resolutions. Moreover, the citizens of this republic watched as Hussein Soetoro backed a Muslim Brotherhood usurpation of the government of Egypt, bowed to Islamic rulers of Saudi Arabia, instigated the overthrow of Libyan dictator Ghaddafi, backed Islamic terrorist supporting and Islamic ruled Iran, and cuddled up to the questionable president of Turkey, Erdogan. If any of this is not enough to endanger the safety of this republic, Hussein Soetoro's blatant intent and tunneled vision attempt to overthrow Syrian president Asaad should be, along with his continual release of terrorists from Gitmo and illegal alien invader criminals upon communities throughout the republic.

On the domestic side, citizens have witnessed the propensity for the current government to malign constitutionalists, engage in divisive tactics centered on accusations of "racism" and the imagined "white privilege," malign the entire law enforcement agencies throughout the republic, painting all law enforcement officers as "racists," while taking sides with the criminal thug element involved in conflicts with police officers. Those individuals breaking the law are elevated to "cult status" at the expense of law-abiding citizens. Time and again, this administration sides with the perpetrators of terrorism, practitioners of Islam, claiming this sect as "peaceful." Christians and others, in contrast, have been painted as terrorists, anarchists, racists, Islamophobes, and insurrectionists. With the establishment of "Black Lives Matter," this administration, along with many in Congress, have taken the side of domestic terrorists against law enforcement and law-abiding citizens.

The goal to "make America safe again" has to focus on the root of the problem – the current administration, the federal government and those perpetuating support for criminals at the expense of law-abiding citizens. It is not that Americans feel unsafe, as each individual is responsible for providing for their own safety. Americans feel the government has rejected its role to maintain our sovereignty, maintain the rule of law, punish criminals, and uphold the culture of this nation – freedom and liberty. Americans see the government eradicating rights through expansion of the "government police" surveillance state where every American is suspected, if not guilty, of some "accusation" that could be fabricated by government. This is the "unsafe" climate that is now pervading this republic, along with the government's allowance of violence by individuals perceiving some injustice against some imaginary oppression as well as the allowance of terrorist elements to infiltrate the republic. It is the removal of the rule of law that creates the danger many identify as "unsafe."

After offering prayers for fallen officers in Baton Rouge and Dallas and thanking Cleveland's police force, Guiliani stated:

"We know the risk you're taking, and we say thank you to every police officer and law enforcement agent who's out tonight protecting us -- black, white, Latino, -- from every race, every color, every creed, every sexual orientation!

"When they come to save your life, they don't ask if you're black or white. They just come to save you!" he roared.

"We also -- we also reach out -- we reach out our arms with understanding and compassion to those who have lost loved ones because of police shootings, some justified some unjustified. Those that are unjustified must be punished. Those that are justified, we must apologize, too.

Pardon me if this appears callous, but it is difficult to "reach out [my] arms with understanding and compassion to those who have lost loved ones" because of justified police shootings. From many of the statements from these family members, they deny their "child" or relative being a criminal thug or resisting arrest by trying to harm law enforcement personnel. Lies such as the "hands up" narrative involving Michael Brown and the false testimony against a police officer protecting his life does not instill in anyone an extension of "understanding and compassion." By the same token, the response of a relative of Adric White produces more outrage at the faulty "logic" instead of understanding or compassion. What is being seen is the perpetuation of lies and falsehood to further some agenda that involves oppressing others through bully tactics and an attempt to attain further "protected" status under the law, while inflicting punishment against an entire society for transgressions that occurred over 150 years ago. Just as the individuals in society today did not participate in slavery, neither were individuals in society today held as slaves.

Guiliani continued, "It's time to make America safe again! It's time to make America one again! One America! What happened -- what happened to -- what happened to, there's no black America, there's no white America -- there is just America!"

"What happened to it? Where did it go? How has it flown away?" Guiliani asked rhetorically.

All of America knows where it went – out the door with the initial election of community organizer, race baiter, white-hating, communist, lawless, constitution violating Muslim Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah, a half-Arab, half-white, non-natural born citizen of the united States. But, the reason society has been allowed to degrade into what it is today is the refusal of Congress to hold accountable an out of control executive and the agenda he follows at the direction of George Soros and the globalists. For whatever reason, Congress has made itself irrelevant, passing on its authority, unconstitutionally, to departments under the executive as wells as to the executive branch.

All roads lead back to Congress. One man can only inflict so much damage. It takes a complicit Congress, as well as a complacent one, to allow this much damage to be done to liberty, freedom, and lawfulness. Or, a better way to phrase it is to say it takes a Congress aggressively dedicated to infringing on liberty and freedom, developing a police state, and supporting lawlessness for whatever misguided reason to damage this republic in such a short period of time. The election of a new man in the Oval Office does nothing to change anything if the corruption that has engulfed Washington, DC, aka professional career politicians, is allowed to continue to flourish.

Giuliani is correct in his statement "it's time to make America one again." It is time to make America safe again through the equal application of the law, eradication of the "government" surveillance state, maintenance of the rule of law, and the challenging of false narratives and rhetoric intent to instigate riots, looting, vandalism, and other crimes against the people of this republic. It is time to hold those elected to office accountable for their participation in crimes against the people through ignoring and trampling of the Constitution and eradication of recognized protected God-given unalienable individual rights. In order to make America one again, it is reliant upon the people to take up truth instead of rhetoric and agenda to hold the legislative branch accountable for its violations, then move toward the executive and judicial branches.
