Your Daily Bread for Life...7/01/16:Unconstitutional Amendment 16

Your Daily Bread for Life.

American Public School Book, "Our Land and Our People!" by Eugene Barker, Webster Publishing 1937 (taught across the nation as late as 1950s.) page 119-120. The right to vote taxes:

The most important right that a free people have is the right to vote the amount and the kind of taxes that the government shall collect. The House of Commons had that right in the English Parliament and the representatives of the people had that same right in the colonial legislature. Sometimes the king asked the colonists for money and the legislatures would vote him an aid or gift.

It is important for us to remember that for many years Parliament did not try to tax the colonists and the king did not collect taxes in America without the vote of the legislature. Parliament began to try to tax the colonists about the time the French and Indian war ended. This effort of Parliament to tax the colonists was an important cause of the Revolution which made our nation independent. (unquote Public School History Textbook)

PL Sturgis: After 1913 Amendment 16 gave the right to collect taxes without our people's permission (taxation without representation) "Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes from whatever source derived.

Without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration."---- Amendment 16 is unconstitutional and must be repealed because Amendment 10 is the last Amendment in the people's Bill of rights which was written over a century before 1913 and can not be overridden. Amendment 9 states: "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed or disparage others retained by the people." and fits together with Amendment 10 "The Powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states or the people."---- Therefore the 16th Amendment must be repealed.

Happy Independence Day.

NOTE by Pearl:

I found something big this morning about the unconstitutional Amendment 16 connecting to Boston tea party repetition in history about the tax take over and was taught in school right after 1913. two decades later but no one contested that Amendment and they still need to.
