Isaiah 5:20:
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who exchange darkness for light and light for darkness; bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” Many times we find that our modern society has things exactly backwards. They do what Isaiah describes. They call evil good and good evil. Let me indulge in a bit of sarcasm to explain this phenomenon. The problem today, they say is with homophobes. No doubt, homophobes have caused the plague of aids. Our problem is not perversion or homosexuality.
Our problem is the homophobes.
Kings 18:18 “Are you he that troubles Israel? asked the wicked King Ahab to the righteous prophet Elijah. But Elijah would have none of this and armed with the power of God he answered. “I have not troubled Israel but you and your father’s house in that you have forsaken the commandments of the Lord.”
If satan keeps nipping your heels everyday...If satan keeps tripping you in every way...just get up and try it all over again. Satan won’t like it when satan can’t win. He hasn’t much time and when he’s finally through--- He surely will hate time he wasted on you!
